Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Contentbuilder website (contentbuilder.synccy.com) and the Contentbuilder macOS and iOS applications (the "Service"), provided by Contentbuilder ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.
The website content, brand marks, and design are our property and are licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not scrape, frame, or redistribute the content without written permission.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, videos and text you create with the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to publish what you publish, and for complying with the rules of each platform you post to. We claim no ownership over your content and do not use it to train models or for advertising.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party right, including intellectual-property rights;
- Publish content that breaches the terms of the platform you post to;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code, except where local law expressly permits;
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or our infrastructure.
5. Third-party platforms
Contentbuilder helps you prepare posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat and WhatsApp, then hands them off — you publish inside each app yourself. Contentbuilder does not connect to your accounts or post on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for a platform's availability, policy changes, or handling of content you send to it.
6. Purchases
App purchases (free tier and any paid plans) are billed by Apple via the App Store under Apple's standard terms. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a preview will match every future platform change, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license restrictions, no warranty, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, save for any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be surfaced in the site footer for at least 30 days. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
